Megan Anderson

Megan Anderson is an artist and writer based in Fremantle. Since 2013, she has pursued an art practice under the guise of Hangdog Art. Her gaze is drawn to offbeat, slightly wonky dogs and their nuanced relationship to the human beings in their lives. She paints on a digital platform, producing archival art prints with wry titles.
She began her career in journalism more than two decades ago. She was a feature writer for the West Australian newspaper, editor of Scoop magazine, and travel writer for Fairfax, Travel + Leisure magazine and others. She writes stories about humans. Occasionally about fancy plunge pools.
